The sell was great. I experienced no problems and was alerted every step of the way until receiving the book. She kept her word about the condition of the book. I would not hesitate to buy another book from her.

It is not reader friendly. Has no ilustrations or tables. Does not invite to read it.

First, let me say that while I believe the author to be knowledgeable, I like to have real world examples to back up the point or position of the generalizations posed by an author of this type of book. The author offers up a series of information without supporting it throughtout this book — I had the sense that the generalizations were so non-specific that I, myself, could have written this book with my level of information (MBA student) I already have as general knowledge. Just didn’t find this copy comprehensive nor one that left me feeling enlightened. As a student, I’ve had a number of different authors on similar subject matter available to read so this isn’t the first time this information has been presented. I prefer my other textbooks that were more comprehensive, provided relevant examples to reinforce the subject or point at hand — this one was just effectually being told information in a general manner and not tied to anything in the field or to build on and make relevant throughout the textbook.

The book is of poor structure which is very difficult to get the clear concept from the author. Reader needs to spend great effort to analyze the content structures to reorganize the focus.

The book references numerous sources for seemingly no reason, and constantly repeats what a qualities a good IT manager must have. It is a huge challenge to gain anything of value from the book.
