    the book helped me to focus on getting a good understanding of the many important factors everyone should consider when buying, selling or brokering a business.

    Does a good job a segmenting the book to highlight and expand upon areas of particular interest. For example, he has separate sections for professionals such as attorneys (the author is one), brokers, and accountants that are new to buying and selling a business. He has a separate section on basic financials for people new to business concepts. For some of my less experienced clients, this would be helpful. I liked the overall summary per chapter and key questions to consider.
